Meridian Women’s Health is excited to announce the opening of a second clinic site.  Our new location will be on the campus of UW Medicine Northwest Hospital at 1560 N 115th Street, Suite 212, Seattle, WA 98133.  Our hours will remain the same, Monday through Thursday 8am-4pm and Friday 8am-12pm.  We are growing quickly thanks to the support of our patients and referring providers.  Our goal is to increase access and continue to provide our patients with the outstanding healthcare they have come to know and depend on.  Our new office will open March 31st, 2014.  Dr. Carol Salerno, Dr. Ali Lewis and Physician Assistant Emily Vason will be moving to our new site.  Our phone number will remain the same 206-368-6644.  We have included a colored map for your convenience.  If you should have any further questions about our new office, please do not hesitate to contact us.  We look forward to seeing you at our new location.
