 Meridian Women’s Health is proud to announce that Dr. Patricia Rodrigues now offers the state of the art da Vinci Robotic Surgery - another option for our gynecological surgery patients. The da Vinci Surgical System is a breakthrough technology that enhances the surgeon’s ability to perform minimally invasive gynecological surgeries, thereby enabling patients to recover more quickly and with fewer adverse side effects.
Dr. Rodrigues added da Vinci Robotics to her surgical practice because it increased her ability to operate on patients with prior abdominal surgery, more complex pathology, and patients with large uteri. These patients benefit from less trauma, blood loss, post op pain, shorter hospital stays and faster returns to normal activities including work.
